Ingredients for Moringa Paratha
Leaf Era Moringa Powder - 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies and Ginger Paste – 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for Peanut Cucumber Dip
Fried groundnut powder
Preparation of Dough
Grind green chillies and ginger into paste.
Add oil in a pan and heat.
Take the wheat flour in to a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon Leaf Era Moringa Powder, salt , cumin powder, aamchur and cilantro leaves.
Now mix both of them and add water and knead the dough, keep the dough aside for 30 minutes.
The dough is ready be cooked into parathas of desired sizes. Add little ghee while frying the parathas, till they reach golden brown colour and serve them hot.
Peanut Cucumber Dip
Begin with the grating of the cucumber, so the excess water can be squeezed off.
Add a teaspoon of oil in a pan and heat.
Add some grated ginger and chopped chilies to the pan.
Add the grated cucumber to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Wait till settles down then add curd, crunchy fried groundnut powder and salt as per taste.
